Case Study
A full-property reset with drought-aware planting, calm geometry, and reworked infrastructure.
Project thesis
This property needed a full reset: spatially, horticulturally, and infrastructurally. We simplified the visual field, rebuilt the planting language, and tuned the systems so the site would perform better with less water and less noise.
The project needed a new foundation, not just a cosmetic planting pass.
Program
Full-site renovation
Scope
Infrastructure, planting, hardscape
Priority
Long-term performance
Outcome
Cleaner curb appeal and easier maintenance
Before
The site had accumulated decisions over time. Planting felt scattered, geometry felt inconsistent, and the systems beneath it were inefficient.
After
We rebuilt the project around clarity. The geometry now reads cleanly, the planting has a disciplined rhythm, and the performance burden on the owner has dropped significantly.

Partner Lens
The renovation was driven by infrastructure first, which is why the visual result feels calm instead of temporary.

Verified Google review
Verified“They completely transformed both our front yard and side yard. Came out the next day, created a plan quickly, and got started the following day. The project was completed much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality. Pricing was very fair.”
