Case Study
A commercial landscape spine designed for shade, circulation, and a stronger sense of arrival.
Project thesis
This commercial corridor needed more than beautification. It needed a stronger sense of arrival, better shade performance, and a layout that would remain composed under routine operational use.
The landscape needed to support the architecture and the daily flow of people through it.

Outcome
Stronger arrival and daily usability
Before
The original landscape was more leftover space than designed environment. It amplified heat and gave pedestrians very little sense of comfort or orientation.
After
The new boulevard reads as infrastructure and atmosphere at once. Shade, circulation, and planting are coordinated so the property feels more credible and more comfortable.
