What the recognition reflects
Nextdoor's award reflects the kind of work that gets discussed across a fence line: the project that finished cleanly, the crew that respected the property and the neighbors, the irrigation that actually saves water, the planting that looked good in year one and better in year three. Costa Mesa as our home base
Costa Mesa is where the studio is anchored — at 2151 Pacific Avenue A205 — and where many of our projects, partnerships, and ongoing stewardship visits begin and end every week. We work across Orange County and Greater Los Angeles, but the Costa Mesa community has been the closest to our day-to-day operations since GREENPLACE Inc. was founded in 2023.
